HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED TO PLACE AN ORDER

As a general rule, we recommend 1 + weeks notice. We cannot guarantee, however, that this timeframe will secure you a spot. The sooner you place an order, the better.


DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?

Yes – Delivery is available at an additional cost depending on distance.


 DO YOU OFFER NUT, GLUTEN AND DAIRY-FREE OPTIONS?

Yes, although the cakes are prepared in a kitchen where the equipment, at some point, has come into contact with nut/gluten/dairy.


HOW SHOULD I STORE MY CAKES/CUPCAKES?

Keep your cake cool and refrigerated at all times, and avoid placing in direct sunlight. We recommend removing your cake from the fridge approximately 1 hour prior to consumption. It is best served at room temperature.


HOW SHOULD I TRANSPORT MY CAKE

Keep the cake box on the floor of your car and make sure the air conditioning is on. Before transporting, please ensure the cake is well refrigerated.


WHAT IF I AM AFTER A FLAVOUR THAT IS NOT LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE?

At La Feliz, we love to experiment. Please let us know if you are after a flavour that is not listed on our website and we will try our best to help you out.
